What was the problem on this building?
A sloped glass canopy over a building entrance had damaged panels. The surface could not carry a lift, the entrance below could not be closed during business hours, and the geometry left no place to stand.
How did the crew reach it without a lift or scaffolding?
Our IRATA-certified technicians rigged from anchor points above and worked suspended over the canopy through the night. Each panel was removed, lowered under control and replaced in position — no scaffolding erected, no crane permit, no lane closure.
What did the building get out of it?

Why rope access rather than a crane or a swing stage?
A swing stage has to be rigged, loaded onto the roof and moved along the building before any work starts, and it stays on the elevation for the duration. A crane or boom lift needs street or lot space, a closure and a permit. Rope access rigs from anchor points above, reaches the work directly, and leaves nothing on the building at the end of the shift — which is why it suits occupied towers in Downtown Miami, FL where residents, tenants and the entrance below cannot be shut down.
